Good design solves problems without needing explanation. I simplify user journeys by reducing complexity and guiding users to the primary action. My goal is intuitive, seamless interactions that align with user intent and deliver lasting value.
소주도 앱의 프로덕트 디자이너로서 회원가입률과 사용자 이탈률 개선을 목표로 리디자인 프로젝트를 진행하였습니다. 사용자 경험 분석과 심층 인터뷰를 기반으로 핵심 사용자 페인 포인트를 파악하고, 직관적이고 명확한 인터페이스로 전환하여 앱의 회원가입률을 유의미하게 높이고 이탈률을 감소시켰습니다. 이후 이벤트 페이지의 반복 참여율을 높이기 위한 추가 프로젝트를 수행하며 사용자 피드백을 바탕으로 UX를 개선하여 사용자 참여율과 앱 활성도를 증대시켰습니다.
다름의 프로덕트 디자이너로 활동할 당시, 상품 썸네일 최적화 프로젝트를 주도하여 전환율과 매출 향상을 달성했습니다. A/B 테스트를 통해 사용자 행동 데이터를 면밀히 분석하여 시각적 명확성과 접근성을 높인 썸네일 디자인을 적용했습니다. 결과적으로 사용자 클릭률과 구매 전환율을 크게 향상시키며 플랫폼의 비즈니스 목표 달성에 기여하였습니다.
최근에는 신한대 바울 요양병원 홈페이지 리디자인 프로젝트를 단독으로 맡아 진행하고 있습니다. 프레이머를 활용하여 비개발자도 손쉽게 관리할 수 있는 반응형 홈페이지를 설계하고 있으며, 주 사용자인 노년층과 그 가족들의 접근성과 사용성을 우선으로 고려하여 프로덕트 디자인을 진행 중입니다. 다양한 프로덕트 디자인 경험을 바탕으로 사용자 중심의 가치를 실현하는 디자인에 집중하고 있습니다.
As a product designer for the Sojudo app, I led a redesign project focused on increasing user sign-up rates and reducing drop-off. By conducting in-depth interviews and analyzing user behavior, I identified key pain points and redesigned the interface to be more intuitive and clear. These improvements led to a measurable increase in sign-ups and a decrease in early-stage churn. I later extended this work to enhance engagement through an event page redesign, applying user feedback to increase repeat participation and overall app activity.
During my time at the e-commerce platform Darum, I led a thumbnail optimization project to improve visual clarity and accessibility. By conducting A/B tests and analyzing behavioral data, I implemented new thumbnail designs that significantly boosted click-through and conversion rates. This resulted in a noticeable increase in platform revenue and supported broader business goals.
Currently, I am independently leading the redesign of the website for Shinhandae Baul Rehabilitation Hospital. Using Framer, I am building a responsive site that can be easily managed by non-developers. The design prioritizes accessibility and usability for the elderly and their families, who are the primary users. Across all my projects, I strive to deliver user-centered designs that create tangible value through thoughtful product thinking and execution.
